The first time I came across the name – ‘Nigerian Lazy Chef‘, I had to pause. I couldn’t understand how a person could be Lazy and a chef at the same time. The thing is, I know how to cook but don’t like cooking. You know there are people who loves cooking but don’t know how to? Well, I better pass those ones sha.

I am not here to rant for now, I am here to wish a wonderful woman a very happy birthday. She is one of those people I connected with on Facebook and have never regretted the day I sent her a private message. She loves writing as much as she loves cooking but the cooking blood in her gene supersedes her love for writing most of the time. She recently told us she writes the traditional way (Pen & paper) then find time to start typing hence her not so frequent update as a contributor of this blog. She is a mother, a fighter, a lover and my definition of a woman.
