Tonto Dikeh during an Exclusive One on One Interview with Elsie Godwin of Plus TV Africa shared on the practices in the Nollywood Industry which promotes copyright infringement of movies.

She explained that some movies are illegally circulated by producers with the mentality of gaining from both ends as some producers believe that failure to take such actions will have criminals who engage in making illegal gains from their movies before they do.

She also touched on her career, philanthropy, Nollywood and her friendship with Bobrisky.

  1. It is a harsh truth. People essentially do to benefit from both sides. By pirating the movies gives them free marketing. Moreover, sometimes they build their marketing campaign on the sympathy garnered from piracy.
