In an interview with Elsie Godwin, HR professional and the founder of The Work Life Organisation– Nkem Offonabo, touches on Unnecessary information seen on CV/Resume, professionalism at the workplace and the importance of having a work-life balance.

She maintains that information like your marital status, number of children, working overtime at previous place of work are some of the unnecessary information people put on their CV. She went on to say, “no organisation should establish without a HR Professional”. You need some strategic HR personnel to have a very effective organisation.
