Your diligence to your duties provides trust between you and the person(s) that entrusted the job to you which opens doors for bigger opportunities. This has nothing to do with talent, but commitment, hardwork, and consistency which in the end transforms your vision into reality

Wow! Nice!!! Good folks don’t always get rewarded this well but this is definitely something to learn from. Situations abound where we wallow in self pity, ingratitude and hatefulness due to sad circumstances, comparing ourselves and wondering why we’re worse off than our ‘supposed betters’ rather than facing the work we’re given forgetting that someone is watching and may just be that lottery ticket out of misery we’ve been waiting for.
