I learnt a lot from the training which will be impossible to share in just one post, but I will do my best to share the information I got yesterday, bit by bit, on different blog posts until every reader of this blog can proudly say they understand Life & Family planning. If you have questions on Life planning and Family planning, kindly send an email to elsieisy@gmail.com . I will do my best to respond or direct you to the right source.

What can I do to stop ejaculating very early during sex?

I am not a guy but I have heard that stimulating the penis and stopping just before you feel you are about to ejaculate can help delay ejaculation. Some say, get your mind of the act. And I recently heard someone say – remove your penis and put it in a cup of water then continue. That sounds extreme right? LOL. I am not sure how that is done but yea, that’s all I know.

Is it better to use two condoms instead of one to prevent pregnancy?

Using two male condoms at a time is wrong for pregnancy prevention or as a safer sex method. It can increase the friction between the condoms during intercourse, making them more likely to rip or tear. Also, do not use a male condom and female condom at the same time. Decide who’s covering up.
