Weeks after reports emerged that South African Actress & TV Personality, Boitumelo Thulo had heeded a call from her ancestors to be a Sangoma (traditional healer) the actress has confirmed her calling, describing it as a beautiful gift that ‘I will never take for granted’
The 26-year-old TV personality took to Instagram three days ago to post a photo of herself grinning happily in traditional attire. In the post she described her journey.

Family members, friends and fans flooded the comments section of the post to congratulate her.Her decision also drew congratulations from fellow actress Letoya Makhene, who is herself a traditional healer.
Posting a picture of Boity in her traditional clothing, Letoya wrote: “You beautiful thing! #Thokoza ngwana badimo! Gola Nkgono!”Last week reports in Sunday World claimed that Boity had told friends that she had accepted the call and had completed her training to become a traditional healer.”Yes I did go thwasa but I’m not going to practice as a sangoma. This is a very sensitive matter that I don’t want to talk about in the media. It’s a personal matter and way too deep to be reduced into a celebrity gossip in the newspaper. It’s a secret.
